Welcome to PixVocab. These Terms of Use ("Terms") explain the rules for using our website and services (the "Service").

1. Your Account

Some features require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information;
  • keeping your account information secure;

You may not use another person's account without their permission.

2. Free and Pro Plans

PixVocab offers Free and Pro plans.

The Free Plan allows you to create up to 3 visual vocab items.

The Pro Plan allows you to create an unlimited number of visual vocab items.

We may change the features or limits of our plans from time to time.

3. Subscriptions

The Pro Plan is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel at any time, and your Pro access will normally continue until the end of your current billing period. Payments are processed by our payment provider, such as Stripe.

4. Your Content

You can create and upload content to the Service, including images, vocabulary, audio, and other materials ("Your Content").

You own Your Content.

You are responsible for making sure that you have the right to use and upload Your Content.

You must not upload content that:

  • violates copyright or other rights;
  • breaks the law;
  • contains harmful or malicious software;
  • is harmful or abusive.

By using the Service, you give us permission to store, process, and display Your Content as needed to provide the Service.

5. Using the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • use the Service to break the law;
  • access another user's account without permission;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service;
  • try to bypass usage limits or security controls;
  • upload viruses or other harmful software;
  • copy or redistribute the Service without permission;
  • use the Service in a way that could harm the Service or other users.

The PixVocab website, software, design, logo, and other materials provided by us belong to us or our licensors.

You may use the Service for its intended purpose, but these Terms do not give you ownership of our content or software.

We try to keep the Service available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

We may update, change, or temporarily suspend the Service when necessary.
